Here's the review of the Energy4Green product. Sould you
think about getting it? I hope I can help you make your
decision easier.
Normally, I wouldn't give another DIY build-your-own-solar
panels product a second look. This one, however, has
caught my attention for good reason.
Back when I was a beginning electrical engineering student, I
was always looking for ways to do things without spending a ton
of time and money. If I could get it from something I
already had - or even better, from junk I found - much
better! This product turned out to re-ignite that sense
of economy buried deep within me.
Energy4Green will tell you, in awesome detail, how to
assemble your own solar cells and wind turbines from
scratch. Before you throw the idea away, let me tell you
this actually is a GREAT way to save boatloads
when you're putting together a renewable energy system.
Here are some of the things I saw in their course manual
that really struck me as valuable:
1. A REALLY awesome set of tips to finding free
batteries. Maybe you already know of a place or two to find
batteries, like a local landfill or recycling station.
Energy4Green has an even better one. (Sorry, I can't tell
you what they are , because they wouldn't like it if I gave
away their secret).
2. How to make a wind
generator FOR FREE. YES, FREE. There are secrets to
finding things (don't worry - they're all legal) that
can allow you, if you're strapped for cash or just enjoy
a good challenge like I do, to make a wind generator for
free.
3. How to properly size a
generator for your home's energy needs.
4. Basic Understanding of
electricity. Use this, as well as my free mini-course,
to build up your knowledge of how electricity works.
With this, you can easily hold your own and converse
with the best of them out there in the renewable energy
industry. This includes:
- Power
- Wind Energy
- AC vs DC
- How Inverters Work
- Combining batteries in
series and parallel
- Troubleshooting
5. A great place to find free
TOWERS. The list of free stuff just goes on and on with
this course, but I honestly know what you're learning is
completely feasible...I've done it too. :)
6. One of their bonuses, "Planning and
Installing Bioenergy Systems" really goes above and
beyond what I would expect from a technology manual like
this. It is deep and thourough scientific data that you
can use to supplement your understanding when if you
want to take it to the next level. Planning and
Installing Bioenergy Systems is quite impressive.
